Fable earned his LGRA Gazehound Racing Championship! He's my first dog to earn the title! This is Fable's 4th Champion level title!

We headed to Limestone, TN for LGRA and the sighthound only Fast CAT this weekend! It's been over a year since we've done LGRA or Fast CAT so I wasn't sure how things would go. 

In LGRA, Fable was the only one running, as Json hasn't had any box training. Fable's scores from 2022 were good enough to keep him in the high point race, and that's where he stayed all weekend. Fable won both meets completely undefeated in a field of 11 Ibizans! Fable earned 4 points both Saturday and Sunday leaving him just a 1/2 point away from his GRC and just one meet away from his SSR! 

In Fast CAT, Json ended up being the fastest Ibizan of the weekend clocking in at 28.69mph! Json also finished his BCAT! With their runs from this weekend the boys should both land in the top 5 for Ibizans in Fast CAT this year.

We went to Limestone to run in LGRA this weekend! We had lots of fun and the new track is lovely! Fable ran well taking 2nd place on Saturday and winning 1st place on Sunday! Json got to do some box practice and had loads of fun! Hopefully Json will be ready to certify at the next LGRA trial so he can run with the big kids! Fable earned another 1.5 points towards his GRC!

Fable made his Large Gazehound Racing Association (LGRA) debut in Camden, NC on March 19. We did some box training on Friday and he ran both Saturday and Sunday. Fable earned 1 point towards his Gazehound Racing Championship (GRC), 2 legs towards his Junior Straight Racer (JSR) title, and 1 leg towards his Senior Straight Racer (SSR) title! Json also got to do a fun run and he had a blast! The next weekend we drove up to Limestone, TN and Fable ran both days again and was better about loading into the box. Fable earned another point towards his GRC, his last 2 legs for his JSR, and 2 more legs for his SSR. Json also got to investigate the box and his Auntie Erica released him through the open box for his fun run!
