2023 NLCC

Another NLCC is in the books!

This year the event was held in Ardmore, OK. The event was very well run and you could easily tell how much time and care went into it. Friday the boys ran well but missed the ribbons. Saturday the boys had some lovely runs with Fable placing 5th and Json tying with the lovely Pippi for 1st! After a cold and rainy runoff, Json ended up winning Specials Stake A! Then Json and his cousin Beetlejuice got to run together for BOB! Json and Beetlejuice also won the Breeder Stake for Ibizans together! I completely miscalculated how many runs J had towards his MC, but he did earn his MC at the NLCC too! Good job Baby Spice!

It was great meeting folks I have only known online and seeing folks I haven’t seen in a while! I also got to huntmaster a couple breeds and the breed runoffs this year which was a bit stressful, but went pretty well overall. While I didn’t come home with any raffle prizes, I did come home with some new line burn
